Easiest Meals
Here are the meals that use time-saving frozen/processed/pre-packaged items, which I feed my family on a semi-regular basis.
Frozen pot stickers + bagged Asian salad
Hot dogs + frozen fries or chips + fruit/vegetable
Boxed tomato soup + grilled cheese/cheese toast/biscuits
Meatball subs (using sub rolls, frozen meatballs, Ragu spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella cheese) + chips/veggies
Kraft Mac & Cheese + vegetable + protein (sometimes)
Frozen pizza + vegetables (sometimes)
Frozen corn dogs + vegetable
Frozen filled pasta with spaghetti sauce
Frozen egg rolls + frozen edamame or broccoli + rice
Easy spaghetti (brown 1/2 lb. ground beef and combine with 1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce, serve over thin spaghetti)
Ham and cheese sliders (perfect for leftovers after Easter dinner, etc.)
Costco rotisserie chicken* + starch + vegetable
* One chicken will usually feed my family for 2-3 meals.
