Try the version found here but substituting Greek Yogurt:
16 oz. cottage cheese
2 Tbs. Ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
Combine and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Serve with vegetables, crackers, etc.
I haven't figured out my perfect ratios yet, so this is one you'll just have to fool around with.
1 part cottage cheese
1 part Greek yogurt
Ranch dressing mix
Combine in a small container. I tend to use more Ranch mix than I think I'll need, but it's fine because I bought my mix from the bulk section of a local grocery store, so I have plenty.
This dip is great with all kinds of fresh veggie dippers (carrots, celery, broccoli, bell pepper strips, cucumbers), crackers, and of course potato chips. It's very satisfying and I consider it guilt-free.
