Peanut Butter Fudge Pie
Our friend Valerie brought this pie to our house for dessert one night and we've made it many times since then. We love it.
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Creamy peanut butter
2 c. fresh or store-bought whipped cream
1 Oreo pie crust
1/4 c. Hot fudge ice cream topping
Beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in whipped cream until blended. Spoon into crust and drizzle with fudge topping. Swirl gently with knife. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
