Creamy Lemon Chicken

(Use 1-2 leftover broiled lemon chicken breasts)

Melt 2 Tbs. butter
Stir in 1 Tbs. flour
Add 1 cup water, 2 tsp. chicken bouillon, 1 Tbs. lemon/lime juice, 3 cloves minced garlic.

Bring to a boil.

Add 1/4 cup cream.

Stir in bite-sized pieces of broiler lemon chicken.

Stir in 3 cups cooked white rice.

Sprinkle with herbs.


Also try doubling the sauce recipe and serving with Angel Hair pasta, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and served with sauteed spinach.
