Whole Grain Blender Pancakes

1/2 cup whole white wheat berries
1/2 cup oats
1 1/2 cups milk

Blend the above.
Add the following to the bleder:

2 eggs
1 Tbs. baking powder
1 Tbs. brown sugar
2 Tbs. oil (3 Tbs. if making waffles)
1 scant tsp. salt

Blend once again.
Cook on a lightly greased skillet.
For a bit of an indulgence, sprinkle a few chocolate chips onto the pancakes while they're cooking on the first side.

We top these with good old maple syrup, buttermilk syrup, whipped cream, peanut butter, or jelly.  Not all of them at the same time.

Blending soapy water in the blender makes clean-up pretty quick and easy, so this is on our weekday morning breakfast list.
