Delicious Pizza Crust

For one large/extra-large pizza:

Combine 3/4 c. warm water with 1 pkg. yeast.

Then stir in 1 T. olive oil and 1 T. molasses.

Add 1/2 Tbs. garlic salt and 2 cups of flour (use up to 1/3 amount of wheat flour if desired), kneading in the bowl until you achieve a good dough consistency.

Cover the dough in the bowl and let rise for 30-45 minutes.

While the dough is rising, place a pizza stone on the bottom rack of the oven and heat to 500 degrees.

Roll out the dough, place on a peel liberally covered with corn meal, shape, and pinch the dough on the edges in to form a crust.  Top with sauce, toppings, cheese etc.

Sprinkle cornmeal on the hot stone in the oven, and slide the pizza onto the stone (which stays in the oven).

Cook at 500 degrees for 5-6 minutes.

Use your peel to get the pizza out of the oven, then immediately cover the crust with melted butter (rubbing with the end of a stick of butter works well) and sprinkle with garlic salt.  Slice and serve.
