Oma's Cheeseball

 A family favorite during the holidays for generations.

 

2 8-oz. packages of cream cheese

2.5-oz. jar of dried beef

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

8 green onions, tops chopped fine

1 tbsp Accent

1 tbsp milk

Soften cream cheese. Dice all of the dried beef, reserving 1/4 of it. Mix everything together except the reserved beef. Form into a ball and chill. Roll the chilled ball in the reserved chopped beef. Wrap in wax paper and chill again.

Serve with your choice of crackers (but Chicken in a Biskit is our favorite pairing).
